* In the beginning, the Alumni Association was started by Parents* as well as Lamar Alumni and will be so noted with one asterisk on the website subpage.
r = Retired Board Member, The Board Member may have retired during a current and active term and could have been replaced by another person therefore changing the overall number of Board Members in a given term.
Number on Board – This is the first Board to be allowed to have a maximum of 15 members (see ByLaws revision 06/06 – we will now rotate 5 on and 5 off for each year.)

The Lamar High School Alumni Association, Inc. received its Certificate of Incorporation from the State of Texas effective July 9, 1998 and the IRS has approved Lamar High School Alumni Association, Inc. as an authorized 501 (c) (3) organization.
